When Can I Shop
As Beadessence is an internet store only, you are free to shop at whatever time is suitable for you.
Processing of Orders
Beadessence processes all orders with 1 – 2 days of receiving the order and payment. Occasionally at peak times this may be up to 3 days. We understand what it’s like to anxiously await that item to finish off your piece.
Shipping
Beadessence routinely uses Australia Post to ship orders. Postage costs are determined by the weight of your order.
Domestic: Parcel Post will generally take 2 – 5 days to arrive, if you require Express Post please note this is in the comments section of your order. Orders over $150 will require a signature on delivery
International: Beadessence routinely uses Australia Post to ship orders. Postage costs are determined by the weight of your order. Parcel Post will be determined according to the destination. Usually international items will take 1- 2 weeks.
Do you have Quantity Discounts?
On some items we have discounts for purchasing larger quantities, this is displayed on relevant products. If you have a special request to purchase an item in large quantities Beadessence will endeavour to fill your request. Please make contact via the contact page if you require a larger quantity than is currently available on the site.
Designer Discounts
Beadessence offers discounts to Designers. To access this discount please contact Beadessence to discuss. It is necessary to have an ABN before these discounts will be available.

Beadessence currently accepts payments through 2 methods

- – Direct Debit for Australian Customers only
Please note orders are only processed after Beadessence receives payment. Orders will not be dispatched until funds are cleared if payment is made by direct debit.
